DMA Statement on Mayor Pureval’s Decisive Re-Election in Cincinnati

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Democratic Mayors Association shared the following statement on Mayor Aftab Pureval’s re-election in Cincinnati:  

“Voters in Cincinnati delivered a mandate victory tonight recognizing Mayor Pureval’s leadership. Cincinnati residents overwhelmingly chose another term with Mayor Pureval at the helm because of the progress over the last four years - from relieving medical debt for thousands of Cincinnateans to making investments that will benefit generations to come. Mayor Pureval is a model for smart, results-driven leadership that focuses on people, not politics - and we look forward to continuing to work with  him in his next term.”
