Birmingham, Alabama Mayor Randall Woodfin is pushing to use $1 million in city reserves to help hungry residents cut off from their SNAP benefits amid the government shutdown. Mayor Woodfin joins Ana Cabrera to share more, saying "this is about people, not power or politics."
